Beach and sea spots near Roquebrune on Argens

Several options:

Going West:

  • Roquebrune on Argens: the lake, featuring the bar (floating bar), inflatable structures, rents, etc.
  • Saint Aygulf: the closest to Roquebrune old village; favorites include Le Petit Boucharel (rocks) and La Gaillarde (sand and rocks), but near the port you
  • The Issambres (mainly sand)
  • Saint Maxime (you can take a boat there too to Saint Tropez)

Going East:

  • Fréjus Beach: easy for a morning swim with large beaches
  • Saint Raphael: again, you can visit the town and take a bath; because park is a bit expensive through
  • Boulouris sur mer: take the road that takes you to Antheor and you
  • Le Dramont: huge beach (rocks) and big car park, with a nice walk to the Semaphore (tower) and a nice swim to a small island
  • Agay: beautiful
  • Antheor: lovely

It takes 15 to 20 minutes highways to Saint Aygulf and Les Issambres, but it can take a lot longer especially when going West. Try grouping things and leaving early (yes it can be enough!!!)
