André's perfect week when staying in Roquebrune on Argens
- Don的t miss: the walk along the Estérel coast between Saint Raphaël and Le Trayas.
- If you have got the time, the one along the Moors coast, between Saint Aygulf and Cavalaire, as far as Hyères for enthusiasts. Combine it with a walk in the Massive Moors Towards Collobrières on the outward journey or on the return journey, for a 12-hour circuit, not including rest stops.
- Avoid driving to Saint Tropez, especially during vacation period. Is better to take the boat from Sainte Maxime (note there boats from Les Issambres during Summer, and from St Raphaël).
- Spend a day visiting the beautiful villages near: Figanières, Callas, Bargemon, Claviers, Seillans, Fayence, Callian, Montauroux. Take your pick.
- In the northern part of the Var département, the road along the left bank of the Gorges du Verdon overlooks the most sumptuous landscape in Europe.
- Monument lovers won
- The Fréjus arena has been mentioned by recent renovation work, but the cathedral is well worth a visit.
