ARTICLE 1: ORGANISATOR
The association ISTORIA FOTOGRAFIA, Association law 1901 for non-profit purposes, hereinafter referred to as « organiser », whose head office is located 2 rue de l'église, 83520 ROQUEBRUNE-SUR-ARGENS, France, Association déclaré SIRET 901 603 159 00012 founded in 2021, organizes a contest game.
A free game without purchase obligation entitled « Vote for your favorite photo » available on the ABBE PHOTO web page at the following URL: https://www.abbe.photo
ARTICLE 2: WHICH MAY PARTICIPATE
This game is open to any major natural person, hereinafter referred to as « the participant(s) », with the exception of members of persons directly involved in the organisation, implementation, implementation, promotion and facilitation of the contest, as well as their spouses and family members: ascendants and descendants.
Participation in the Game is limited to one participation per household (same name, same address) and per session, i.e. only one photo in the case of the photo contest. The participation is strictly nominative and the participant can under no circumstances play under several aliases or on behalf of other participants.
When appointing the winner, the organiser reserves the right to ask any participant to justify these conditions. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to justify them will be excluded from the contest game and will not, in the event of a win, benefit from the prize.
Similarly, any false declaration, identification or address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and, where applicable, reimbursement of the lots already sent to the participant.
The participation of the contest game implies full acceptance of this Regulation.
The winning prize is indicated in the contest announcement. Abbe Photo reserves the right to change the lot for reasons of its own.
ARTICLE 3: HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The contest takes place from 03/01/2024 to 09/03/2024.
To participate in the contest game, it is necessary to have internet access and a valid email address.
Participants must vote for one of the photos on the site https://www.abbe.photo.
ARTICLE 4: SELECTION OF THE GANANT
The winner will be drawn by lot among all the participants who voted.
The draw will take place every Saturday until 9 March 2024.
The winner will be notified individually, by any means available to the organizer. The result will be posted on the Instagram page and the website of the Abbe Photo Association.
The winner will be asked to communicate by email his contact details, his mailing address when announcing the result. Any winner who does not show up within 15 days of the day he or she was contacted will no longer be allowed to claim his or her winning prize.
The winner can also pick up his book at the photo exhibition at Musée des Arts et Traditions Populaires 75 place Georges Brassens 83300 Draguignan.
The organizer may not be held responsible for sending the lot to an incorrect address because of an error made by the participant indicating his or her contact details and address.
ARTICLE 5: RESPONSIBILITIES
In no case may the organiser be liable for any malfunctioning of the mode of participation in this contest, linked to the very characteristics of the Internet; In this case, participants will not be entitled to any consideration of any kind.
ARTICLE 6: INFORMATION AND FREEDOMS
In accordance with the provisions of the Computer Law of 6 January 1978 amended by the Law of 6 August 2004, the information collected to participate in the contest game is intended exclusively for the organizer. The data collected for this purpose are mandatory to participate in the contest game. Therefore, those who wish to delete this data before the end of the contest game will not be able to participate in the contest game.
The winners expressly authorize the organiser to reproduce and publish freely on the information documents related to this contest the identity of the winners, namely the surname and first name.

ARTICLE 7: ACCEPTION OF THE REGULATION
Participation in this contest implies acceptance of this Regulation. No information will be given by telephone.
Any lack of information or false declaration of identity or address will automatically eliminate the participant. The organiser reserves the right to check the accuracy of the information provided by the participants.
ARTICLE 8: RESERVE
The organiser cannot be held liable if, for reasons beyond his control, the present contest was to be modified, postponed or cancelled in part or in whole. His liability could not be incurred and no compensation could be sought. The organiser reserves the right to invalidate at any time and without prior notice the participation of any participant who has failed to comply with this Regulation.
ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW
This Regulation is subject to French law. Any dispute concerning the application or interpretation of this Regulation shall, in the absence of an amicable settlement between the parties, fall within the jurisdiction of the Montpellier Court (Occitanie, France).
