The Pignes train
André Abbe
We killed the pig... Émile Michel and one of his friends prepare the charcuterie but they take the time to greet the passengers of the Train des Pignes of the Nice-Digne line.
That was about 40 years ago!
Place Ganay
Aix-en-Provence, Place Ganay: bronze bust representing the writer Émile Zola (1840-1905), directed by his childhood friend Philippe Solari on a pedestal of sculptor Maurice Baille, inaugurated in 1911 and melted under the Vichy regime in 1941.
History :
1952: restauration of the bust after that of the library Méjanes and installation Jourdan park.
2022: Jourdan Park Monument Disbanded for Restoration
2023: the monument must be resettled in Place Ganay.
