The grimoires...
Grimoire... A word that comes straight from the time spent, a word that would almost scare today still... Lady! At the beginning, there is in him witchcraft, well magic... and which he is called Lucifer or Belzebush, the devil wanders through his pages.
From antiquity, in Greece, in Egypt, in Scandinavian countries as on the outskirts of the Mediterranean, everywhere there are traces of magic and therefore grimoires. Julius Caesar is interested: Magic? It is a laborious work that requires more than twenty years of learning.
In the Middle Ages, « on » Book of witches; They use it to summon demons, to cast spells, evil deeds... Every good enchanter must possess a grimoire which – very often – consists of only a few sheets covered with cabalistic signs mixed with recipes of various potions, often based on plants, herbs, able to charm, harm or heal. Around 1475, « grimoire » takes on the meaning of incomprehensible, incomprehensible discourse. Current dictionaries specify: written indecipherable, illegible, enigmatic, strange...
Today, witches are only in the picture books and magicians perform by bringing out white rabbits bloated in black-shaped high hats!

« Pour l’honneur, un film Philippe Guillard (2023).
J’irai voir cette comédie dont on dit le plus grand bien si elle est programmée pas trop loin de chez moi.
Il est question de Corrèze, de rugby, d’esprit de clocher et du sens de l’accueil.
Daniel Herrero et Francis Cabrel, hommes du grand Sud, apportent leur voix dans ce film qui sera je l’espère longtemps à l’affiche dans les salles.
Un vieux slogan affirmait autrefois « La Corrèze avant le Zambèze« . Sur nos chaînes d’info de la télé, il n’est pas plus question de la Corrèze que du Zambèze (le nom du fleuve pays qui a donné le nom d’un pays : la Zambie).
C’est injuste, je n’irai jamais voir les chutes du Zambèze, mais je retournerai dès que possible en Corrèze, autrefois en Limousin, aujourd’hui en Nouvelle Aquitaine.
Si j’avais été au pouvoir, j’aurais associé Limousin et Auvergne dans une nouvelle région, au cœur du Massif Central.
Je m’aperçois qu’en cours de route, j’ai abandonné le cinéma et le rugby pour me consacrer à l’aménagement du territoire !
